Hull City will face off against rival Swansea City on Saturday, placing two of the English Premier League's closely followed teams against each other.

Hull City, coming out of a 1-0 loss to Stoke City, is expected to be the underdog in the match.

Hull City Manager Steve Bruce said he wants his team to cut out the defensive mistakes that have cost them dear recently, the Hull Daily Mail reports.

"In this league it's such fine margins. At Stoke, for example, we had chances to take the lead and then gave away a bad goal," he said, according to the site.

"It's not been like us to make those sort of defensive mistakes and it cost us twice."

Swansea City, coming out of a 3-0 win over Norwich City, is expected to be the favorite in the match.

Swansea City Manager Garry Monk has urged the Swansea City powers-that-be to secure Ashley Williams for the rest of his career, the South Wales Evening Post reports.

"It's not a situation I can try to resolve until I know whether I am doing this job (next season)," Monk said, according to the site.

"But for me, Ash should finish his career here, and the club should do all they can to make him a priority."
