As "The Legend of Korra" fans continue to wait for Book 3, some die-hard community members are claiming that the fandom is falling into chaos.

The Legend of Korra Online creator Keval says it best.

"From what I've seen on my Twitter feed along with forum and comment posts, it appears as though this fandom has officially cracked. As strange as this may sound, things feel and appear worse than they ever did at any point during Book 2's offseason."

"Anything related to Book 3 has been under wraps for the better part of a month now, and it appears as though fans are taking their anger and frustration out on other fans."

Some believe that the long hiatus between Book 1 and Book 2 as well as the unconventional direction towards the end of Book 2 has alienated some members of "The Legend of Korra" fandom.

Although it has only been five months since the end of Book 2, the lack of news on Book 3 could be causing some frustration amongst fans, especially since Bryan Konietzko and Nickelodeon have continually stated that a release date is coming soon.

Reportedly, production of Book 3 is not only nearly complete, but early production work for Book 4 has begun as well.

Still, the fandom should keep their spirit up and remain loyal, as early projections for "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 seem exciting to say the least.

"Let's all try to show a little patience and friendliness around this community. If you don't want to change, that's fine. But I can promise you that this fandom will be dead in the water if this hostility continues," continues Keval.
