According to a recent report on International Business Times, Google Nexus 10 2 release date might not occur anymore as the internet search giant just made an update for the original version of the full-sized Google tablet.

The original 10-inch Nexus slate previously disappeared from the Google Play Store, which further intensified the speculations that Nexus 10 2 release date might be scheduled soon. However, it turned out otherwise, as the first-gen Nexus 10 3 recently returned to the Google Play Store. The tablet is now updated with the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, according to Motoring Crunch.

With this comeback, Nexus 10 2 release date grapevines are now suggesting that the rumored tablet might not arrive anymore or at least, it may get a delayed launch.

Some reports are saying that the Nexus 10 2 release date might happen during Google's annual I/O conference, scheduled this June 2014. According to a separate post on IB Times, the release of Nexus 10 2 might coincide with the launch of two new Google products - the Nexus 8, which is an 8.9 inch Android slate and a wearable device called Google Glass.

The internet search giant is also expected to release a new version of Android OS. Certain reports are saying that the Android 4.5 is already on the works while there are also rumors suggesting that Google is already creating the Android 4.4.3 KitKat OS.

As for the Nexus 10 2 specs, a report from Christian Post noted that the tablet might be equipped with GB RAM and a 10-inch display with 2560 x 1600 resolution. Furthermore, the Nexus 10 2 might also come with a 9500 mAh battery as well as primary camera with 8 MP and a 2.1 MP secondary camera.
