Miley Cyrus made a mysterious Twitter post on Tuesday, filled with dozens of sad faces, just as it was revealed she might have to postpone upcoming Bangerz tour concerts again.

Miley Cyrus revealed the reason behind her recent Bangerz Tour cancellation-she had been ingesting something that was "poisoning" her.

"I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn't know I was really scary allergic to and it was so scary," the "Adore You" singer told Ryan Seacrest., according to ABC news.

"I couldn't breathe and my skin-everything-was going insane."

Miley Cyrus and her ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth "didn't work out" their issues while she spoke to her ex-fiancé during her time in the hospital, Examiner.com reports.

It was revealed earlier that the "Adore You" singer is hospitalized in a different location-she was originally being treated in Kansas City.

Miley Cyrus' godmother Dolly Parton revealed during a recent interview with Fox News that she is worried that her antics will overshadow her singing talent.

"I hoping that she holds it in the road and doesn't do so many things that are that bizarre," she told the site.

She also discussed the "Adore You" singer's push to build a reputation for herself independent of her Disney Channel Hannah Montana character.

"One day, she'd had enough and told me: 'I need to murder Hannah Montana in order for people to accept who I really am," Parton told the site.

"I think she felt she had to make that severe a change. And she obviously did."

Miley Cyrus' ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth is worried about her personal life and even contacted the "Adore You" singer while she spent the weekend in the hospital, the Hollywood Gossip reports.

"He was extremely worried when he heard she was in the hospital," a source close to Liam Hemsworth told the site.

"They didn't work out as a couple, but he still wants to know she's okay."
