One of the free games for Xbox Live Gold members this month is now available.

Microsoft previously revealed the free games for Xbox Live Gold members for the month of May. One of these free games for Xbox Live Gold members, "Dust: An Elysian Tail" is now available at the Xbox Store for 0 Microsoft Point.

This Xbox 360 side-scrolling game became free for the Xbox Live Gold members today, May 1. Subscribers can grab their own copy of the game without spending any bucks until the midnight of May 15, according to the post on Digital Spy.

As described on Cinema Blend, "Dust: An Elysian Tail" showcases a nonlinear world like "Castlevania" and "Metroid." In this game, "players control a mysterious warrior named Dust. Dust's Blade of Ahrah enables him to battle several enemies at once. His companion Fidget assists with magical attacks."

Another one of the free games for Xbox Live Gold members set to arrive this May is "Saints Row: The Third." It is scheduled to replace Dust on May 16. As posted on Here Is The City, Saints Row: The Third is a "much more wacky version" of Grand Theft Auto. Players can use weapons like The Penetrator and customize their characters in various ways.

The free games for Xbox Live Gold members are under Microsoft's program called Games With Gold. Every month, there will be two free games for Xbox Live Gold members, one available on the 1^st day of the month, while another game will replace the first free title on May 16. Currently, Games With Gold program is only available for the Xbox 360 owners with Xbox Live Gold subscription. A similar offering for Xbox One is expected to happen soon.
