Justin Bieber was spotted on Twitter and Instagram partying with several unknown girls wearing bikinis at a Las Vegas resort, E Online reports, leaving many fans wondering if drama is brewing between Selena Gomez's ex-boyfriend and Kylie Jenner after it surfaced they are allegedly dating.

"Since Vegas is a 21 years and over town, it was the closest way for him to experience the party," an eyewitness told the site.

"His security team picked out about eight pretty girls partying below who later joined Bieber and his friends in the bungalow. An hour or so later, a few of the girls left the bungalow. And as they were returning to the party below, one of the girls' boyfriends was waiting for her below and he threw some ice at her for ditching him for Bieber."

Last week, Selena Gomez's boyfriend posted two pictures on his Instagram and Twitter pages that show him visiting the Yasukuni Shrine in Japan on Wednesday, stirring controversy surrounding attempts to get him deported because of the war memorial's background.

Yasukuni is a shrine to the 2.5 million men, women and children who died serving the Japanese Empire between 1868 and 1945, the Washington Post reports. 

Twitter and Instagram users are buzzing about Justin Bieber getting "special treatment" from the government since the White House has decided to not comment on the petition aimed at getting him deported.

Barack Obama's administration did not make any remarks "to avoid the appearance of improper influence," the Washington Post reports.

Since the "Heartbreaker" singer's legal issues involve federal agencies and since he is scheduled to appear in court May 5, they cannot make a decision.

Justin Bieber is  "ready to make some changes in his life," a source close to Selena Gomez's boyfriend revealed to E Online, leaving many fans wondering if he's considering retiring.

"The bad influences in his life, for the most part are being weeded out," a source told the site.

"He's making more of an effort to hang out with people who are positive influences in his life."
