Danica McKellar Dancing With the Stars Injury: Danica McKellar is in pain after she broke a rib during rehearsals last week, but Danica worked through the pain when she returned to practice yesterday.

Danica proudly showed off her broken rib at Dancing With The Stars rehearsals in Hollywood on Sunday.

On Friday, Danica McKellar suffered a painful injury during practice. On Monday, McKellar performed though the pain of a broken rib on Dancing With the Stars. Danica and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy scored 33 points for the salsa and avoided the bottom three despite the pain. Real Housewives star NeNe Leakes was eliminated.

Danica missed a few rehearsals with Chmerkovskiy, but when she came back she flashed her white brace to well-wishers waiting outside the studio.

McKellar told E! News "It's sore, but as long as nobody bumps into it, I'm OK. I just had to keep going. The show must go on...[we're] trying to be smart, but stay in the game."

Danica McKellar told her twitter followers that she broke a rib during practice for "Dancing with the Stars." Danica McKellar tweeted that she could "Could use your prayers" because she wants to get right back into the contest.

Danica McKellar tweeted "I broke a rib in yesterday's #DWTS rehearsal. Trying my best to pull thru and could use your prayers!! #wanttokeepdancing."

Actress Danica McKellar is  best known for playing Winnie Cooper, Fred Savage's neighbor and love interest, in the Emmy-winning TV comedy "The Wonder Years." McKellar is the latest victim on Dancing with the Stars.

Earlier this season, "Star Wars" star Billy Dee Williams had to pull out of the ballroom competition show because he was suffering a chronic back problem. In Season 14, Maria Menounos suffered from a few broken ribs, but she powered through the rest of the season despite the injury. She and partner Derek Hough wound up finishing in fourth place.

Earlier this month, Danica McKellar was only one point shy of being the first perfect-scoring Dancing With the Stars performer of the season. McKellar and partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy performed a Beauty and the Beast-themed routine.

"Full House" actress Candace Cameron Bure, "Glee" star NeNe Leakes and Big Time Rush singer James Maslow are the other celebrities who are still in the competition for season 18 of "Dancing With the  Stars."
