LG G3 Release Date: New Image Shows Brushed Metal Finish, Does It Have A Stylus Or An Over-sized Antenna?

LG G3 release date: With all of the other Android flagships making their respective debuts in the market, it is just high time for LG to announce its own high-end device. And believe us, the entire mobile industry is waiting for it.

Dubbed as the LG G3, the upcoming flagship smartphone has been leaked in as many images and spec sheets as possible, and even after that we are not still satisfied until we see the actual device.

And this could be our very first look at the LG G3.

According to a report by GSM Arena, notorious leakster EV Leaks has done it again and has released an image of the back cover of an LG device. While we do not know exactly what this device is, we will take their word for it that it is the LG G3.

As you can see in the image above, the back cover of the device is a brushed metal finish which greatly resembles that of the HTC One M8.

In a separate report, another slew of leaked images showcases the entire build and design of the Android smartphone. The LG G3 was also showcased in both its black and white color options.

However, what captured our attention is the circular area at the top of the device. In the report, the metallic surrounding and insides of the hole automatically say that it is not the headphone jack, but something else.

In the report by Android Community, they speculated that it could be a built in stylus similar to the S Pen which also comes and attaches itself with the Galaxy Note 3.

On other hand, it could also be a huge antenna which is reportedly common among smartphones in LG's home market.
