HTC One M8: When the new HTC flagship launched more than a month ago, it was already available in three traditional color options - grey, silver and gold. But that is not enough in a very competitive smartphone market. 

However, in true Samsung-like fashion, the Taiwanese manufacturer will soon offer the device in other color options such red and blue, just like its previous flagship. And a new report says it will also come in pink - yes a female-exclusive color (as far as smartphones are concerned). 

According to a report by GSM Arena, EV Leaks has posted an image via Twitter showcasing a pink-colored HTC One M8. The screen is identical to previous press images of the device and the only difference is the La Fleur-like color of the frame. 

In case you missed the unveiling of the new high-end HTC device, it sports a metallic brushed cover that shouts 'premium' from all sides, dual BoomSound speakers in front to provide better sound quality even in stereo or loudspeaker mode, and a slimmer frame. 

On the specs side, the HTC One M8 packs a 5.1-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset, four Krait 400 cores running at 2.3GHz, 2GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB of built in memory. 

The Taiwanese brand has also been bragging about the duo camera of the HTC One M8, which packs 4MP UltraPixels each. This reportedly allows the device to get two different vantage points for every shot or video recording. Meanwhile, there is a 5MP in front for higher quality selfie shots. 

There is also a microSD card slot that can support up to 128GB of memory, as well as Android 4.4.2 Kitkat out of the box. 

With the upcoming color schemes for the device, HTC is really trying so hard to make it look more appealing to Android fans.
