According to Serebii, those living in Canada or Latin America must have their Pokemon Trainer Club location listed as Canada. Then, in September, they will receive the Mega Stone serial codes through the Pokemon Trainer Club Newsletter.
For the U.S., Pokemon X and Y gamers will have the ability to download either a Heracross or Pinsir over the web from August 13 to September 17. Then, from August 18 to August 31, Gamestop stores will distribute special serial codes to download either a Heracronite or Pinsirite Mega Stones.
