'South Park' Season 18 Premier Date: All Previous Episodes Now Available On Hulu Plus [PHOTO]

South Park Season 18 premier Date has been announced by Comdey Central. Season 18 premieres date is on Wednesday, September 24th.

 The animated series from Matt Parker and Trey Stone makes its return after the lauded mockery of Black Friday last year. It was so well received that the episode was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program (for Programming Less Than One Hour).

Matt Parker And Trey Stone have decided to do less episodes per season, and season 18 will be the first of the shorter seasons. Hopefully this will translate to a higher ration of "hit" episodes to "misses" episodes.

DVD and Blu-ray sets of the last season will go on sale just prior to the premiere, on September 16th.

It was also recently announced that every episode since the first season will be available shortly on the Hulu streaming service, while Hulu Plus subscribers will also gain access to the latest episodes the day after they air on Comedy Central.

Previously the episodes had been streamed through the official South Park website, but it would appear Hulu put money on the table and a deal was reached to make it exclusive. That means SouthPark.cc.com will remove the content in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile the new South Park: The Stick of Truth video game has had great reviews from the critics, and was the third best-selling game of March 2014, behind Titanfall and Thief.

"We have 247 episodes now, so we've got plenty to feed different windows and different experiences. Content came out of its hole, saw its shadow and ran back to the hole for protection. What we do is expensive, it takes a lot of people, and it makes sense to put it through windows in a way that produces a lot of value. We do what we do because we act like we own the staff and try to surf whatever wave is out there."
