The Expendables Premiere: Sylvester Stallone Brings ‘Backup’ In The Opening Night, Movie’s 3rd Instalment Hinted

The Expendables Premiere:  Sylvester Stallone's brings his "backup" composed of family members during the Expendables premiere at the TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles on Monday. The Expendables is said to hit the theaters on August 15. Rumors have it that a third instalment of a series will soon be released with a new opponent, Stone Banks (Mel Gibson) who is also the movie's co-founder.

Wearing a beige blazer and an all-black suit, the 68-year old Stallone took pictures with his wife Jennifer Flavin, 45 and his two daughters Scarlet, 12 and Sophia, 17 and Sistene. Also in the premiere is his brother, Frank Stallone.

Flavin was seen with a pale-pink dress that hugged her gentle curves with simple black heels. Sophia, who will celebrate her 18th birthday this year, looks chic with black high waist pants and a tube top. Both Sistene and Scarlet wore white dresses during the premiere with Sistene's mini dress with a fashionable belt showed off her shapely legs.

Sly went wacky with his brother Frank as they pose like contenders in a boxing match. The film's star and writer Stallone then joined co-star, Arnold Schwarzenegger donned with a powder blue top and a black blazer. Schwarzenegger's family also showed their support for the actor's success in the movie.

Harrison Ford also joined The Expendables premiere and was seen imitating a signature Arnold Schwarzenegger Mr. Universe pose. He joined with other stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mel Gibson, Jason Statham and Wesley Snipes who took a group photo, said to be their first groupie in ages.

The "Star Wars" star is said to look fully recovered from his leg injury that happened in the Star Wars set a month ago. He was seen enjoying the premiere "without the help of crutches or a cane, walking briskly and looking in good health."

"Break a leg," Stallone cracked a joke referring to Ford's previous leg accident.

Dates of the two films are yet to be reported.

"We're going to do it at the beginning of next year. We are writing the final lines of the script [and] we've got lots of ideas about who is going to be in it," Avi Lerner said in TIME.
