Sony Reveals ‘Sinister Six' Special Edition Disc In 'The Amazing Spider Man 2' Blu-Ray! Will It Reveal The Final Roster? Easter Eggs Hint At Least Four Villains!

The Sinister Six movie is already being teased by Sony as it is next in line after they bumped off "The Amazing Spider Man3" to 2018. Sony has their work cut out for them since this will be the first villain-centric comic book movie.

They won't fail due to lack of diligence though. As early as now, more than two years from the release date, Sony already embarked on the promotions game.

From Film Divider: "..there's a special, Target stores only edition of that movie's DVD which comes with an extra disc, designed to promote The Sinister Six - and, of course, shift more copies of Amazing 2 in the meantime."

The Sinister Six special was meant to tease the movie among Spider Man fans, and they hope to entice other audiences.

Judging from the original tease, the movie Six line-up would see Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Rhino, Vulture, Kraven the Hunter and Mysterio, or perhaps the Chameleon, coming together. The above video seemed to be teasing a different line-up, though I expect they were more concerned with which villains they had footage of in the studio vault."

However, in the final scene from "The Amazing Spider Man 2" in the underground lair of Oscorp, three items were sighted: Doctor Octopus' tentacles and Wings (probably Vulture's). If Green Goblin were to return and Rhino would survive the fight with Spidey, then they could be four of the six.

Other villains (or would be villains) teased were BJ Novak as Alistair Smythe. Multiple mentions of Venom (which Sony could deny by saying that 'venom' referred to the Spider's venom) and the clear identification of Felicia (Hardy) also known as "Black Cat." She was even wearing all black in the deleted scene with the 'Goblinized' Harry Osborn-how obvious is that?

But Black Cat is similar to Batman's Catwoman in that she turns from friend to foe to lover whichever is convenient. It's highly doubtful she will join the Sinister Six.

We'll definitely track and find out the final roster(and the ever relevant casting calls) before November  11, 2016!
