Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie: Remains On The Top Spot In North America Box Office, Expendables 3 4th Place On The List?

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie remained in the top spot at the North American box office this weekend, dislodging the latest third instalment of Expendables.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, talks about the story of the pizza-munching turtles who were in a mission to save New York from evil-doers who were planning to unleash a virus across the city.

According to the box-office tracker Exhibitor Relations said in a report that the said movie earned $28.4 million in their second weekend in theaters.

Second place is the Guardians of the Galaxy, a movie of a science-fiction superhero romp which added another $24.7 million to its three-week haul of $222.4 million.

Third spot is the adult comedy movie titled Let's Be Cops, that savaged with negative reviews, took about $17.7 million in its opening weekend.

However, The Expendables 3 just took about $16.2 million on its opening weekend to finish in fourth.
