The Google Nexus 8 will be the next tablet with Android L that will follow Nexus 7, which is still tagged as the best tablets around.

The rumour is quite swirling that the Google Nexus 8 will be the follow-up of the Nexus 8 and might be turning up within the next few months.

Other source says that the tablet will come out later in 2014, maybe in October since the iPhone 5S came out with a 64-bit processor and set the standard, the feature has become a must-have for any device.

In terms of its price, PC Advisor suggests that since the device is much higher than the Nexus 7, which sells £299.

The TK Tech News speculated that the Nexus 8 may cost $399 in the United States So £399 in the UK, we'd imagine.

Moreover, Google Nexus 8 will no longer produce a 7in tablet, instead moving things up to 8in. It only means that it will closely rival devices such as the iPad mini, LG G Pad 8.3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0.

According to Digitimes, Google will partner with Asus for the Nexus 8 with the building Nexus 7 versions for the online search giant. But latest source says that the Google has changed its mind and gone for HTC which has a limited experience in making tablets.

Furthermore, according to Wall Street Journal the Google Nexus 8 could possibly, "be equipped with two back cameras, infrared depth sensors and advanced software that can capture precise three-dimensional images of objects."

One thing that is not yet confirmed if Google Nexus 8 will running a new version of Android, for now according to PC Advisor it will come in Android L.
