iPhone 6 Vs. Samsung Galaxy S5: The Battle Of Flagship Phones Begins Next Month, Which One Is The Best Option For You?

It is only a few more weeks until we finally see the marketing juggernaut that is Apple's new smartphone, and as early as now we break down the details of the rivalry between the iPhone 6 vs. Samsung Galaxy S5.

According to a recent report, the upcoming iPhone 6 wil pack a more curved frame, plus a 4.7-inch display that will certainly be a welcomed addition to Apple fans around the world. As far as aesthetics are concerned, the iPhone still beats the Galaxy S5, and the latter's 'bandaid' design definitely does not improve its chances of beating the iPhone in this department.

iOS is still as fluid as ever, and while this is certainly based on preferences, the iPhone is still more user-friendly than the Galaxy S5 or Android in general. The added features of iOS 8 such as home automation and the health-oriented apps only make the iPhone a more well-rounded smartphone.

The Galaxy S5 is a little bigger than the iPhone 6 at 5.1-inch display, and it packs Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The Android-powered device also has bigger RAM (rumors point to a 1GB RAM for the iPhone 6), a better camera (16MP vs. rumored 8MP), and a longer-lasting battery (2,600mAh vs. rumored 1810mAh).

The Android-running flagship fro Samsung also has a number of cool features such as a heart-rate monitor, fingerprint scanner and water and dust resistance, while the iPhone 6 only has the Touch ID home button. In terms of pricing, the Galaxy S5 is expected to be a little cheaper than the newly announced iPhone.
