Elder Scrolls Online: Secret Classes & Gameplay Features? Release Date Xbox One Title Introduces Subscriber Loyalty Program [REVIEW]

Elder Scrolls Online developers have announced that they will release a subscriber loyalty program for the release date version of the popular Xbox One title, Joystiq reports, leaving some gamers wondering if it will include secret classes and gameplay features.

"The loyalty program will keep expanding over time," ZeniMax announced, according to Joystiq.

ZeniMax also announced that the Update 4 of Elder Scrolls Online will have a September release date.

"Update 4 is on its way to ESO with tough new challenges," developers posted on the Elder Scrolls Online site.

"The mysterious tale of Craglorn continues as you and your friends explore a new region of the Adventure Zone and take on the new Trial that awaits you there. You'll also find a new kind of challenge for your group: the Dragonstar Arena is ready to put the toughest heroes to the test. Watch the video now and prepare for new quests, delves, Trials, and much more in Update 4, slated to launch in September."

Bethesda Studios has released Elder Scroll Online's 1.3.3 update as the debate over the game's subscription price continues.

"Back when online games were young, people would go online and make online game friends in their games," Trion Worlds CEO Scott Hartsman, an MMO game specialist, said during a recent interview with IGN.

"When you're in a subscriptiongame, the barrier was you had to get one person to subscribe to the game and then they'd play, make friends and stick around. What we're seeing these days is as more people are coming online and more people are playing, people travel in packs. They want to play games with their friends. When they travel in packs like this, you need the lowest barriers possible in order to get the biggest success."

Elder Scrolls Online's 1.3.3 update includes characters, classes and gameplay features.

Among these changes are armor dye stations, new achievements, weapons and guild traders.

Elder Scrolls Online character Sheogorath, the Prince of Madness encountered in Skyrim, is the same character from the Shivering Isles, highlighting the only time a player has ever returned, Escapist Magazine reports.
