The Moto X+1 also called the Moto X2 is coming, here are the specs, release date, price, and details. @evleaks, one of the most reliable tipsters on the internet, has also leaked some new photos

While Motorola hasn't officially announced the release date yet, they did promise that the X+1 is coming at the end of the summer, and have sent out invites for a reveal event on September 4 in Chicago.

The latest and most detailed leaked photo (below) of the Moto X+1 come from trusted Twitter leaker @evleaks, which he offered fans as a "retirement gift."

TK Tech News reported that the Moto X+1 (X2) will actually be availbe on September 26

There has been some talk of the Moto X+1 costing $400, but this seems to be due only to an unfinished AT&T product page, and that $400 could just as easily be placeholder text.

While none of this is official, the spcs being reported are pretty consistent. The Moto X+1 (X2) will likely have a full-HD (1920x1080) AMOLED display, 2GB of RAM, a better camera, and come with 16-, 32- or 64GB of storage.

Motorola will now join both Apple and Samsung by introducing its latest flagship device in September. Official images of the Moto X + 1 have leaked and show off a new design, wood case, and Verizon-bound model.

Other speculation suggests the screen will be 5.2in, and the Moto X+1 will have a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. It may also have a 12Mp rear camera and 2Mp front camera. A leaked GFXBenchmark screenshot also sugests it will have a pedometer.
