Barclays Premier League: Warnock returns to Crystal Palace

Neil Warnock is reunited to the Selhurst Park as what the Crystal Place has declared with the premierleague.com. The 65-year-old will become the club's manager for the second time.

Warnock managed the Eagles sometime in between year 2007 and 2010. He has penned a two-year contract and will immediately take in charge as an effect to his contract. He will then lead the club in the scheduled trip to New castle United this coming Saturday.

Just a little background, Warnock threw spells in managing Notts County, Huddersfield Town, Plymouth Argyle and Sheffield United. In 2007, the man stepped over at Palace and managed the club to the Championship play-offs in his first season.

He moved from Palace to Queens Park Rangers, still as a manager three years later. He guided the QPR to the Barclays Premier League as champs and the Leeds United as well. Also, he has worked as a BT Sport analyst.

Neil Warnock has his BPL record that states:

Queens Park Rangers - 20 matches, 4 games won, 5 draw, 11 lost and 17 total points.

Sheffield United - 38 matches, 10 games won, 8 draw, 20 lost and 38 total points.

It sums up to the record sheet of 58 matches, 14 won, 13 drawn, 31 lost and 55 points.

The man succeeded Tony Pulis. Pulis left the Crystal Palace on the day before the start of the 2014/15 Barclays Premier League season.

Temporarily, Keith Millen was in charge since the abandonment of Pulis. That's when Crystal Palace tasted bittersweet defeat in the club's two opening league matches. The great victory came back in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday night as they scored 3-0 at Walsall. It was Dwight Gayle who attained "hat-trick" goals according to the reporters in highlighting the game.
