Kelly Rowland Reveals Baby Bump at MTV VMAs Red Carpet; Former Destiny’s Child Singer Having a Baby Boy; Keeps to Healthy Diet, Exercise and Yoga

Kelly Rowland is pregnant. The former Destiny's Child singer is  months away from giving birth. Kelly's husband, Tim Witherspoon, revealed that their first-born will be a boy.

Rowland announced her pregnancy in June in a post to Instagram accompanied by a photograph showing her husband's shoes next to a pair of baby Jordans.
The photo was captioned "I'll be stuntin like my daddy....."

Kelly Rowland's baby bump made its red carpet debut on Aug 24.

Beyonce's former bandmate graced the red carpet of the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards looking radiant. The pregnant former Destiny's Child singer showed off her baby bump in a shimmery floor-length light pink gown designed Lorraine Schwartz.

In July Rowland told People Magazine ""The most shocking thing about pregnancy to me is probably the way your body changes - nobody can prepare you for that."

Rowland has reportedly living the healthy life. Rowland adjusted her regular exercise routine to accommodate her pregnant body. The singer sticks to a healthy diet and has been attending pre-natal yoga sessions. She continues her regular gym training.

Rowland recently talked about her pregnancy saying "I feel good. I'm looking at my body in its entirety right now, and I almost cry. I could almost cry right now just thinking about it because it's such a gift! It's such an amazing gift."

Rowland accidentally spilled the baby's gender during an interview with FOX411 when she said "I just feel like the baby is already [spoiled] rotten-like literally, my Caress family has gotten him all of his little bathing stuff, his toys. It's just so cool," she said before quickly realizing her mess-up. "It, it's...aw, f--k it! It's a boy. It's a boy!"

HipHollywood reported that Rowland's former bandmate Michelle Williams confirmed it at a pre-BET Awards event. "I'm so happy that I have another nephew coming to babysit for a few hours and give back to its rightful owners. She just looks so wonderful, I'm so happy for her."
