Mega Sceptile To Debut On Pokemon X And Y Anime Before Mega Evolution Special Episode!

For Pokemon fans who are in love with Mega Evolution and anime, here is some great news!

In April, a Mega Evolution anime special debuted in Japan, following a trainer called Alan as he traveled across Kalos with his Charizard with the goal of defeating all the Mega Evolutions. Now, there will be a follow-up to this Pokemon Mega Evolution anime special.

According to Serebii, a new anime special called "Pokemon Mega Evolution ~Act 2~" will air on November 6. Little else is known about this special, but it will presumably follow Alan's story as he continues on his Mega Evolution journey.

In addition, it's been revealed that Mega Sceptile, a brand new Mega Evolution to be featured in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, will make its debut in the anime on September 4. Because the anime is currently airing for the Pokemon X and Y generation, it is curious how they will incorporate this new Pokemon into the series.

In addition to Mega Sceptile, several more Mega Evolutions will debut following the release of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

Mega Slowbro remains a Water/Psychic dual-type, but gains the Shell Armor ability. It will also have boosted Defense and Special Attack.

Meanwhile, Mega Audino will be a Normal/Fairy dual-type with the Healer ability, and will have increased Defense and Special Defense.

Mega Lopunny is a Normal/Fighting dual-type with boosted Attack and possibly Speed. Its ability is Scrappy and also learns the move High Jump Kick.

Next is Mega Altaria, a Dragon/Fairy Pokemon with the Pixilate ability. This Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Pokedex addition will have boosted Attack and Special Attack, a true powerhouse!

In addition, Salamence will receive a Mega Evolution, which will have increased Defense and the Aerialate ability.

Fans can also expect Mega Swampert, Mega Sableye, and Mega Diancie to arrive soon as well, so get excited.
