Ryan Gosling And Eva Mendes Excited To Welcome Baby Boy This Month? ‘The Notebook’ Actor Crafts Bamboo Crib As Lady Love Shops For Monkey-Themed Nursery

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes baby will reportedly be birthed this September and the first time parents are apparently excited. While the two continue to remain private regarding their baby, a source confirmed to Ok! magazine that the couple would welcome a son.

As per the source, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are fond of calling their son a "little monkey" that it prompted the couple to decorate his nursery based on such theme. The nursery will reportedly have blue accents and furnishings.

According to the same insider, the new parents want to make sure that most of the nursery's furnishings will come from sustainable means. The "Crazy Stupid Love" actor reportedly built his son's crib from materials mainly consisting of bamboo.

The former beau of Rachel McAdams is reportedly happy that he'll have a son for he is excited to mentor him when it comes to sports.

Speculations about Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes baby due date have risen since it was quite some time since the public saw the "Girl in Progress" actress. While Mendes appears to be taking her time resting, her life partner will be busy as he will play a vital role in upcoming flick, "The Nice Guys."

Set in the 1970s Los Angeles, "Nice Guys" will follow the lives of a detective (Gosling) and a hired thug (Russell Crowe) as they attempt to solve who's behind a girl's disappearance and a porn star's death. The film will be spearheaded by "Iron Man 3" director Shane Black.

The detective thriller has not yet started its production although the expected release date is in June 2016.
