Prince William Reacts To Kate Middleton’s Pregnancy; Duke Of Cambridge Describes Babies As Good When They’re ‘Quiet’

Kate Middleton's pregnancy for the second time has not only thrilled the royal family but most importantly, her husband Prince William. The Duke of Cambridge went to Oxford University today for the opening of a Chinese studies building.

The 32-year-old described how they took in the news of Kate Middleton's pregnancy: "It's been a tricky few days - week or so - but obviously we're basically thrilled, it's great news, and early days."

During the engagement, Prince William met several students as well as a mother named Erica Payne who brought her daughter. Pertaining to the behaved baby, the prince said:"They're good when they stay like that - quiet."

Prince William also talked about the royal family's hopes for the Duchess of Cambridge to recover soon from her morning sickness: "We're hoping things settle down and she feels a bit better." Recently, the British Monarchy released a statement which read:

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their second child." As per reports, she is approximately six to eight weeks pregnant.

The same statement reveals that the brunette beauty is suffering from severe morning sickness which she similarly experienced while she was pregnant with Prince George.

In December 2012, she got admitted to a private hospital in London because of severe dehydration caused by her condition. Since her doctors are now aware of her history, the 32-year-old is now being treated at the Kensington Palace.

Kate Middleton's pregnancy news also means that Prince Harry will be fifth in line to the throne following his father Prince Charles, brother Prince William, nephew Prince George, and the royal couple's soon-to-be newborn.
