Robert Pattinson's Sister Lizzy Auditions For 'X-Factor' UK; Did The 'Twilight' Star's Sib Move On To The Next Round?

Robert Pattinson's sister Lizzy auditioned for the UK edition of singing contest "X-Factor" and the "Twilight" star's big sis wowed the judges.

It appears that the interest in the arts run in their family as Robert Pattinson's sister Lizzy showcased her vocal prowess in front of "X-Factor" judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole, Mel B and Louis Walsh.

The 31-year-old singer gave her own rendition of Bonnie Raitt's "Feels Like Home" and impressed the judges enough to put her through the next round.

Lizzy, who works as a personal assistant, reportedly passed the first round of closed-door auditions for the show in July.

According to the report, a source claimed that "she blew them away with her husky, soulful vocals. She's different to usual 'X Factor' contestants - she really stands out. She could go all the way."

The source also noted that Lizzy did not use her brother's name to her advantage in the auditions. "She didn't mentions she was related to him to any judges or producers. It's important to her she does not fall into the trap of just becoming 'Rob's sister," the source said.

While it is still too early to say how far along the competition Robert Pattinson's sister Lizzy will go, her brother's support is a welcome information.

"I'm like, so ridiculously proud of her," said Rob about his sister's audition in an interview with Grazia Daily."I would never have the balls to do that, ever, in a million years. I can't believe she's done it. So, it's amazing."

While the "Twilight" actor is undoubtedly more popular, Robert Pattinson's sister Lizzy hasn't exactly been living far from the limelight. Lizzy has contributed vocals to the "Twilight" and "Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1" soundtracks and has scored a top 20 hit in the UK with the song "Let The Sunshine In" in 2003.
