Iggy Azalea Sex Tape: Australian rap star Iggy Azalea took to Twitter to blast the porn site that leaked a sex tape that allegedly features an underage Iggy Azalea.
Iggy Azalea is the latest victim of leaked sex tape rumors and the rapper is furious.
Iggy Azalea told her Twitter followers "I dont have a sex tape but for the record...Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against their will is a sex offender."
The Australian rapper put out a strong warning to anyone attempting to use the Iggy Azalea name in marketing the sex tape. Azalea's legal team denied any such tape existed. Sources told TMZ.com that the sex tape was genuine but, because Azalea was under 18 when it was filmed, it could not be marketed.
Iggy Azalea's lawyers threatened the porn site on charges that any use of the rapper's name is unlawful because it is trademarked.
Iggy's lawyers sent a legal letter warning the pornography filmmakers Vivid that the rapper's name 'Iggy' is protected by a trademark.
According to TMZ, the sex tape star was confirmed as Iggy Azalea. Texas Rapper Jefe Wine, whose real name is Maurice Lasel, confirmed that he is the man in the sex tape footage and insisted Azalea was over 18 and consented to the filming.
The co-star of the porn clip Texas rapper Hefe Wine told the tabloid media site that the video is legitimate and the woman in it is Iggy.
Hefe told TMZ that he met Azalea on her 18th birthday. He says she was of legal age when the video was shot. Hefe also said that Iggy was "100 per cent fully aware" that she was being filmed.
Hefe says he didn't release the tape to capitalize on Azalea's growing fame, but that his computer was stolen a few months ago. Wine claims the sex tape was leaked by the thieves. Wine also said he might be willing to negotiate an arrangement with Vivid to have the video released depending on how "persuasive" the porn company is.
According to reports, Azalea says that she feels betrayed by her ex-boyfriend.
