The MailOnline dished out on the latest on the Rita Ora and Calvin Harris split as it reported that the "Summer" singer has been spotted having dinner with model Aarika Wolf at the Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica Thursday night.

The model was featured on his "Blame" music video.

The British tabloid revealed that Rita Ora is trying to reach out to Calvin Harris even as she is now reportedly with Tommy Hilfiger's son Ricky Hil.

The Scottish DJ confirmed the Rita Ora and Calvin Harris split last June when he tweeted: "To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best."

But according to the Daily Star, Rita Ora is trying to persuade her ex into giving her his songs.

"Rita is desperately trying to make friends with Calvin so she can perform her song again and possibly get the tracks back," the source said. "His actions have set the campaign back and she wants to try to repair the damage."
