Hawkeye Movie 2015 In The Works? Jeremy Renner Also To Appear In The Upcoming Captain America 3!

Hawkeye is one of the characters in Avengers that is loved by many. Fans of the Avengers are also hoping that a standalone movie for Hawkeye's character would soon be made following that of Iron Man, Captain America and Thor.

Unfortunately, actor Jeremy Renner who plays Hawkeye in the movie thinks that a solo movie for the character he portrays would be quite impossible.

In an interview with MTV, Renner said, "I'm happy to be the ensemble. I'm not scratching or clawing to do a solo movie by any means. I think he's a utility guy that can bounce around into other people's universe a little bit, especially like 'Cap 3.' There are whispers of that, so who knows, man?'

Renner's statement made a conclusion to some that Hawkeye's character will play a major role in the next Captain America movie. It is also said that Hawkeye would also have a longer appearance in the upcoming movie, "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

He added, "What Joss and I initially talked about, and even Feige and I talked about... Joss and I had been friends for a long time, and we talked with Downey and Ruffalo about where we wanted to go the script. Ultimately, Joss, I think, realized he was doing the impossible in having to write Marvel's The Avengers. That is impossibility, and he pulled it out. The  only way he could do it, and have me in the movie with any sort of sizable part, was to be the bad guy essentially. And be... not Hawkeye...

It's a tough introduction to the character. It's not what we talked about and what got me excited about doing the movie. But that's fine. I again, trust in him."

In the previous Avengers, Hawkeye was brainwashed and became the bad guy.

The two-time Oscar nominee are slated to release several movies on 2015. Some of which are: Bourne Legacy: Double Cross and Mission Impossible Origins: Branded to Kill.
