Kylie Jenner plastic surgery rumors are surging. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star joins rumors that Kim Kardashian is ruining her body with plastic surgery in an attempt to get rid of baby bump stretch marks.

Did Kylie Jenner get plastic surgery? If you look at before and after photos of Kim Kardashian's sister, you the first thing that jumps out is that the 17-year-old got lip injections.

Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer told Inquisitr magazine. Her lips look 3 times as wide as they did in the 'before' pictures. Usually they get smaller and less plump as you get older, not bigger."

Kylie Jenner was a kid when she was first featured on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." The 17-year-old getting has been changing her look constantly. Some experts think Kylie is using drastic plastic in a bid to look just like her sister Kim.

After North West was born, there were reports  that Kim Kardashian was ruining her body with plastic surgery. Plastic surgeons pored over "Kim Kardashian plastic surgery before and after pictures" to determine how much of Kardashian is actually real. Kim Kardashian reportedly got laser surgery to remove the stretch marks from her breasts, but the reality star denied getting plastic surgery on her breasts and nose.

"Her face looks very different, and I suspect a plastic surgeon might be playing a part here," agreed Los Angeles plastic surgeon Ken Youn. In an interview with Radar Online, Youn said "Her eyebrows are more arched and elevated, a possible consequence of Botox injections into her forehead and around her eyes. Her nose looks thinner and more refined, possibly from a subtle rhinoplasty. Her lips appear to have enlarged dramatically. I suspect this could be from multiple injections of a filler like Juvederm."

Kylie also has never admitted getting plastic surgery, and Botox isn't a surgical procedure, but it looks like Kylie got lip injections. Jenner's new full lips look just the ones that kiss Kanye West, the ones on Kim Kardashian.

HollywoodLife.com did a report on why Kylie would get plastic surgery. They started by talking with psychologists.

Dr. Gilda Carle, a psychologist and relationship expert, told the magazine "Sibling rivalry is in every family so it would be understandable that she would want to put herself as a Kim look-a-like. Kim is now a married woman with a child and in her mind, her life is just starting to take off. In her young mind she might believe that the success was based off of the surgery that they had done. She has connected that to success and doesn't see a downside, no one has been hurt, so why shouldn't she? She looks so much like Kim now! Look at how successful Kim has been!"
