Trisha Yearwood New Album Released on Husband Garth Brooks Label; `PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit’ is First Trisha Yearwood New Music in Seven Years

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood continue collaborating. Not only are they married and touring together, oh and Garth had to get permission from Trisha to do that after taking a break, a la John Lennon, to watch the kids. Now Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks will both release music on Brook's label.

Trisha Yearwood has announced that her new album PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit is out on country star Garth Brooks label GhostTunes. Garth Brooks announced GhostTunes, a new digital music platform, earlier this month.

PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit is now available for pre-order exclusively on GhostTunes. Physical copies of Yearwood's album will be available at various retailers, but GhostTunes will be the exclusive platform to make PrizeFighter available digitally.

GhostTunes CEO Randy Bernard said "Having a Grammy- and Emmy-winning artist join the GhostTunes music platform is an exciting time for our organization, and another example of an artist being attracted to our new value proposition. Today's announcement is one of many coming soon that will continue to engage and entertain music fans in some extraordinary ways."

Multi-award winning vocalist Trisha Yearwood is a member of the Grand Ole Opry. She was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 2000. Yearwood hit the charts at number one with her debut single "She's in Love with the Boy." Yearwood has released 10 studio albums, which gave us eight more No. 1 singles and 20 top-10 hits, including "Walkaway Joe," "The Song Remembers When," "Thinkin' About You," "I'll Still Love You More," and "I Would've Loved You Anyway."

Trisha also recorded duets with Garth, including "In Another's Eyes," which won the couple a Grammy Award.

Trisha and Garth Brooks' youngest daughter graduated school in May 2014.  Garth said that Trisha Yearwood and their three daughters gave him the to tour. Garth Brooks said "At first, I was worried it would be a wheelchair-and-walker tour kind of thing. Now it sure feels good to get to throw your hat back in the ring. Ms. Yearwood is fine with it. All my babies are fine with it. Now I get to do what I love to do, which is play music and get to be with the person I want to be with, which is Ms. Yearwood. Our baby is a senior in high school. My children are off on their own, so the guilt of not being there ... I'm a phone-call dad now."
