Justin Bieber recently took to Twitter to say his cliff-diving exploits may have damaged his ear drum. So maybe he didn't hear the news that Selena Gomez and Austin Mahone are dating.

According to a report from Us Weekly, Selena Gomez and Austin Mahone are officially dating. According to  Us Weekly, Taylor Swift played matchmaker between the Come and Get It singer and Mahone.

In spite of their age difference, Austin Mahone is 17 and Selena Gomez is 21, Us Weekly says that the pair are an item.

But that's not the way the teen idol Mahone sees it. Austin Mahone says he's not dating Selena Gomez.

People Magazine reported that Austin Mahone denied all of the rumors that he and Selena Gomez are an item.

Earlier this week it was reported that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez enjoyed a conert by Drake and Lil Wayne in Los Angeles together. But according to pictures that Justin and Mahone posted on their social media pages, Austin Mahone and Justin Bieber had the best seats at Drake and Lil Wayne's recent show in Los Angeles.

From the pictures that were posted on Twitter and Instagram it looks like Majone and Bieber sat on the stage at the concert.

That doesn't mean Justin and Mahone are an item, Bieber might have been giving the young Bieber-wannabe some pointers.
