LeAnn Rimes News: Singer and Husband Sued By Former Maid For Firing Her; Demands Front And Back Pay

Two of her colleagues have been gossiping about her calling her a "fat old lady" and things got worse when her employers fired her. This is what Gloria Cevallos, a Salvadorian and a former housekeeper in the LeAnn Rimes and spouse Eddie Cibrian's household who sued the couple for allegedly firing her, reports on TMZ said on Monday.

"ieja gorda (fat old lady) ... a "pinche vieja salvadorena (old Salvadoran bitch)", these are everyday words that  Cevallos' colleagues called her while doing their daily tasks which prompted the three of them to fight with each other while working.

The two colleagues are also reportedly making joking remarks on her weight and age, reports on SFGate said.

Afterwards, the Salvadorian housekeeper overheard a conversation between Eddie Cibrian and her mother, Hortensia, with the latter urging her son to fire Cevallos because of the dispute further saying that Hortensia immediately  "showed her [to the door] la puerta."

With her current unemployed state, Rimes former maid demands that the couple should pay her front and back wages until she can find a new job.

TMZ tried to get statements from Rimes and Cibrian's reps, however, they have not responded yet.

LeAnn Rimes latest project with husband Eddie Cibrian is a reality TV show that features the two with their respective families, including Hortensia. The Daily Mail reports that the said show is recently on its season finale with the chart-topping singer announcing her pregnancy to the family.

Meanwhile, cheating rumors of Eddie Cibrian are also widespread online further saying that the I Need You songstress has known such illicit acts for some time now however ignored them.

The Stir reported that a source disclosed that Eddie has a 'mystery woman' whom he constantly texted. One of his texts was sent to the wrong contact. The message goes like this: "What time are you picking me up? We are going to meet [in a restaurant] and then take me in your car afterwards because I don't want to be near her."

The same report also said that Rimes would not file a divorce for fears of ruining the reality show and losing her family.
