Chad Kroeger Denies Divorce Rumors With Wife Avril Lavigne On Twitter Despite Not Being Invited On The Songstress' Bday
The divorce rumors between Chad Kroeger and his wife Avril Lavigne continued to spread online days after the songstress' birthday on September 30 when the Nickelback frontman is not included in her guest list. Further, news sources also noticed that the Skater Boy singer is not wearing the 17 carat emerald-cut diamond engagement ring that Avril received during their one month anniversary.
On her 30th birthday, the punk-rock singer is seen together with close pals including BFF Caryn Alpert and her sister Amie in a private party at Las Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Earlier that day, she is on board a private plane heading to an intimate dinner with friends at the Akira Back's Yellowtail Restaurant.
Her photos on her Twitter showed her birthday glow in her rose-pink, strapless dress as she posed with her huge Cupcake with a 30 design on it. However, it can be seen that the Complicated singer is not wearing the diamond ring but a pearl adornment.
Sources on US Weekly as quoted by the Sydney Morning Herald said that the marriage is really over and more and more people have been told of the divorce rumors.
"It's over. He [Chad Kroeger] has been going around LA telling people that they are divorcing."
E! Online has also heard some possible reasons why the couple is intent on filing a divorce after fourteen months of marriage.
"They're having a lot of issues. There's jealousy on both sides. She flirts, he flirts. She's very insecure to begin with," an unnamed source told E! Online.
Meanwhile, a Twitter post on Chad Kroeger's account posted on September 26 subtly hinted that the divorce rumors are not true.

Avril and Chad started dating in 2012 when the songstress' new album is coming up. A whirlwind romance followed with the Far Away singer expressing his marriage intentions to Lavigne a month after.
Kroeger is also said to take a picture of the wedding ring he is giving to Avril and posted the photo in the latter's scrapbook. The romantic gesture was announced publicly at the Air With Ryan Seacrest show.
Their wedding ceremonies were held somewhere in the South of France.
