Kelly Rowland's pregnant fitness regimen is claimed as actually necessary for her to have a safe delivery, as the former Destiny's Child member went nude for a fashion shoot for Elle magazine.

Due to Kelly Rowland's pregnant fitness regimen, it makes her the "poster girl" for would-be mommies out there who wouldn't have otherwise considered going to the gym as a necessary ingredient to have a healthy baby, MailOnline said.

But even if she's a fitness buff, that doesn't mean she's staying off the cravings.

"Everybody always tells you to go crazy with food, and you can eat whatever you want," she told Elle magazine, per MailOnline.

"I love cherry pie and chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in it," she said. "And I had a week straight where I was obsessed with nachos."

The former Destiny's child member is actively lobbying to play Donna Summer in Spike Lee's new film, according to PageSix.

"Spike Lee is reportedly directing 'Spinning Gold,' a biopic of Casablanca Records founder Neil Bogart, who helped launch KISS, Joan Jett, the Village People and disco diva Summer," it said.

Justin Timberlake will reportedly play Neil Bogart.

Just to make sure that Spike Lee gets the message, Kelly Rowland posted a photo on Instagram showing her in the car "wearing a long, curly wig reminiscent of Summer's signature look."

Kelly Rowland's baby bump was hidden in the social media post, which also included the hashtags: "#tbt #DonnaSummer-ish #LovetoLoveYa."

The results of Kelly Rowland's pregnant fitness regimen are clearly showing as she posed nude for Elle magazine. The former Destiny's Child member shared the photos on her social media account without any captions.

"It's fine to have your cravings but I wanted an easier delivery. All the women that I've talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery. Exercise really helps that," she said during the interview.
