What happened on "Top Chef: Duels" this season? Who were the winners that advanced to the final round? What should we look forward to for tonight's episode? Warning: spoilers ahead!

According to TV Ruckus, "TOP CHEF DUELS airs its season finale tonight on Bravo and prior to the duels commencing, we will learn the name of the winner of THE KNOCKOUT. He or she will join the weekly winners in competing for the prize. Last week on TOP CHEF DUELS, the final weekly winner was Kevin Gillespie, who squeaked by comfort-food king Art Smith. That meant that Art would have to out-cook Kristen Kish, reigning champ of THE KNOCKOUT. Kristen and Art had choices to make about cooking style and what dish to prepare in that way. What we got were two hard working chef recreating Beef Stroganoff done raw for Kristen and spaghetti and meatballs the vegan way for Art. Off they went for their 20 minute pressure cooker experience with host Wolfgang Puck hovering, commenting and questioning them as they went about their business. In the end, Art's choice to make vegan pasta that tasted good alongside meatless meatballs seemed to carry the day, although Puck criticized his over-salting it. Kristen's raw version of the Russian cuisine staple was clever and looked beautiful but lacked enough taste to tie it to the original dish.

That left five chefs competing in THE KNOCKOUT finale, each of them having to prepare a Spanish dish using Bronzino, prawns, potatoes and smoke. Wolfgang Puck cited a ticky-tack flaw in each and then chose his top two of Tiffani Faison and Mike Isabella. The name of the outright winner will be announced tonight during the finale of TOP CHEF DUELS."

"The finalists minus the TBD winner of THE KNOCKOUT are: Kevin Gillespie, Richard Blais, Shirley Chung, Antonia Lofaso, CJ Jacobson, Takashi Yagihashi, Dale Talde, Jen Carroll, and Stephaie Izard. What kind of challenges are ahead for them? In the preliminary rounds tonight all ten chefs must prepare dishes that are bright in flavor and black on the plate. The top two chefs move to the final Duel, while the remaining eight chefs compete for the last two spots by making dishes composed of all white ingredients. The chefs are vying for the $100,000 top prize and a feature in Food and Wine Magazine. It never ceases to amaze this viewer how established and successful chefs, some of whom own multiple restaurants are will to put themselves through the exercise for the shows," explained TV Ruckus.

Reality Rewind adds, "We have the Top Chef Duels 2014 finale tonight on Bravo and it is the end of a season that some former Top Chef contestants take each other on in The Duel for a chance in the finale to compete for the $100,000 prize. That finale comes tonight and the winner of Top Chef Duels will be crowned! So, who wins Top Chef Duels Season 1 tonight? From all of the chefs this season, I am thinking Kevin Gillespie was a favorite of the judges and what he did as a chef. Because of that, I think he will stand out tonight on Top Chef Duels and will be named the winner!"
