HTC RE Camera Offers 16-MP Camera And Can Record In Both 720p And 1080p Resolutions! Take A Closer Look

The HTC has unveiled its first standalone camera, the HTC RE.

In the report of the Engadget, the HTC RE camera is a small and light device, at 96.7 x 26.5mm and 65.5 grams. This kind of device is easy to use in everyday situation ranging from attending a meeting parties and other events.

According to the report of Yahoo Tech, the HTC made the camera to allow users to take pictures and videos in high-quality, "while simultaneously preventing them from burying their faces in their camera or smartphone viewfinders as they obsess over whether or not they're getting the best possible shot."

Furthermore, in the report of Yahoo Tech, the HTC RE camera offers 16MP camera and it is capable of recording in both 720p and 1080p resolutions and in slow motion as well. It also features a ½.3-inch CMOS sensor and 146-degree wide-angle lens.

The said camera is a water resistant and can survive in up to 3 feet of water for 30 minutes, but it is different from GoPro. The said device is designed for parties, meetings, and other events.

In terms of space, the HTC RE camera supports up to a 128 GB microSD card, so it means that the user can record a lot of videos. To add that the battery capacity of the said camera is 810 mAh, which offers the user to record up to 1.5 hours of HD video.

Moreover, in the HTC website, the HTC RE camera offers special features which are grip sensor, one-hand operation design, one tap for photos, one press for videos, time-lapse recording, and Android (4.3 and above) and iOS compatible.

The HTC RE is available in blue, orange, and white. The said camera will cost $199 when it hits the market this holiday season.
