Iggy Azalea Says She Was Never Married, Ex-BF Claims She Said Is ‘Stupid And A Waste Of My Time’

Australian Rapper sensation Iggy Azalea apparently cannot get rid of her ex-boyfriend Hefe Wine, now he claims that he was her husband, TMZ reported.

The article stated that Wine is now asking for divorce from Iggy, which has reportedly irked the rapper as the allegations in the divorce papers were and are not true.

Iggy took to the Twitter about the allegation and was quoted in Daily Mail as tweeting, "'Stupid and a waste of my time' and adding in another tweet, 'I think we already know, but just to clarify. I'm NOT married. Feel free to check the PUBLIC marriage records.'

 TMZ said in the divorce papers Wine claimed that they both "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the state of Texas on or about September 2008."

According to the news, Texas recognizes common-law marriage without the ceremony as long as they have an agreement to be married and " hold themselves out to others as a married couple."

TMZ reported that she claimed that was never married. If Wine is granted a divorce or proves that they were married he is entitled to half of Iggy's property.

In a statement released to MailOnline, a representative for Iggy said described ex-boyfriend has been described as "a 'thief, felon and fugitive' due to his persistent legal actions."

 Earlier Iggy was embroiled in a controversy over a purported sex tape with Wine.

Iggy at that time defended herself and wrote on her Twitter that she doesn't have a sex tape,

"I don't have a sex tape but for the record..." Iggy further added, "Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against their will is a sex offender."
