Kate Upton is still all smiles following the nude photo leak as the Sports Illustrated model and boyfriend Justin Verlander were casually dressed during a recent date.

According to the Mirror, the Kate Upton nude photo leak has seemingly been put behind by the model as she was snapped still using her iPhone.

In what has been dubbed as "The Fappening," iCloud hackers managed to access the private moments of celebrities and famous personalities and leaking those nude photos and videos to the Internet for profit.

Kate Upton's nude photo leak, along with Jennifer Lawrence and Amber Heard, is among the popular downloads owing to their beauty and fame.

"She was seen leaving the Bowery Hotel in New York City this week wearing a see-through black top, black jeans and boots," Mirror said. "The model and actress waved around her new white iPhone and beamed as she was greeted by a friend."

It seemed that the Kate Upton nude photo leak didn't lead the model from totally abandoning the iPhone in favor of Android devices.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Kate Upton and boyfriend Justin Verlander was at Ground Zero in New York to pay their tribute to the fallen victims of the 9/11 tragedy, said MailOnline

"Looking solemn, the pair walked around the site through a still in construction section," it said. "Kate and Justin only recently arrived in New York after the 31-year-old and his Detroit Tigers played and lost the series final to Baltimore Orioles on Sunday."

The victims of the iCloud hackers got a little victory when they managed to scare Google into taking down the photos or else face a $100 million lawsuit.
