Nicole Scherzinger Dishes On Relationship With Boyfriend Lewis Hamilton In New Interview: Is She Ready After Six Years Of Dating To Get Engaged And Have Kids?

Nicole Scherzinger revealed new details about her long-term relationship with boyfriend Lewis Hamilton in a new interview with The Sun's on Sunday's Fabulous magazine. Is Nicole Scherzinger ready after six years of dating to get engaged and have kids with boyfriend Lewis Hamilton?

"He's a lucky guy! Yeah things are good!" Nicole Scherzinger said when asked about her on-and-off relationship with the F1 racer.

She added: "We just had a nice little holiday in California. It's a great place to break out of your shell."

When Sunday's Fabulous asked if their relationship was more stable after their most recent break up, she said: "Oh, I have no idea. How in the world am I supposed to tell you that? I don't know - I take everything one moment at a time and I count my blessings.

"But, right now, I'm happy and I'm just focusing on the music."

In another recent interview with Fabulous magazine, the 36-year-old singer said: "Oh my gosh! If I had little English kids with little English accents that would tickle me!

"I would take them to Hawaii and my family would be like: 'What are they saying?'"

As we previously reported, Nicole told the Daily Mail that she eventually wants to settle down and raise a family.

"Everything else in our lives is out there, we need to have a tiny private bit that's just ours," she said.

"Whenever someone asks me whether I want children, it's hard to answer because then the headlines will be, 'Nicole wants a baby now,' which isn't true.

"I do come from a large and close-knit family and when the time is right, and it's God's will, I'd like to have lots of children.

"But not at this stage; that's much further down the line. Right now my self-expression is my music."

But before you think she has her sights set on getting engaged to her 27-year-old boyfriend anytime soon, she added: "I can't think that far ahead, though, right now."

Right now, Scherzy is focused on promoting her new album "Big Fat Lie," which drops October 20.
