Pokemon Omega Ruby And Alpha Sapphire Pokedex Update: Mega Latias And Latios Trailer Debuts, ORAS Demo Unveils Mega Steelix And Glalie!

With Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire looming closer and closer, more Mega Evolutions have been unveiled for the Hoenn Pokedex.

First, the official Pokemon channel has uploaded a new trailer for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire featuring the already confirmed Mega Latias and Latios.

"Even more powerful Mega-Evolved Pokémon have been revealed for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire," says the official YouTube description. "Get ready to Soar with the Eon Pokémon, Latios and Latias, as they Mega Evolve into Mega Latios and Mega Latias. Visit special Mirage spots to encounter rare Pokémon like never before and use the PokéNav Plus to navigate your Hoenn adventure!"

Reportedly, players can fly on Mega Latios and Latias and find legendaries such as Reshiram, Zekrom, Dialga and Palkia in the sky. These two legendaries can be obtained through a special distribution of the Eon Ticket, which will make Latias available on Omega Ruby and Latios available on Alpha Sapphire. The upcoming issue of CoroCoro will distribute the code for them.

In addition, with the release of the Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire demo being distributed around the world, two more Pokedex additions have been added in the form of new Mega Evolutions.

According to PokeJungle, Mega Steelix has been confirmed with the Sand Force ability. Meanwhile, Mega Glalie has also been confirmed for the Hoenn Pokedex. This Ice Pokemon gets the Refrigerate ability.
