Josh Groban Gushes About New Girlfriend Kat Dennings, Dishes About Singing For ‘2 Broke Girls’ Star

Josh Groban and Kat Dennings revealed that they are dating during the Carousel of Hope Charity Ball in Beverly Hills over the weekend. And Groban, who performed at the event, couldn't help but gush about his new girlfriend.

"I do have such a lovely date tonight," the 33-year-old "Brave" singer told Entertainment Tonight at the event on Saturday. "I'm very lucky my girlfriend has joined me tonight. It's her first time hearing me sing. So I'm going to do some extra warm-ups tonight so I don't suck."

Groban reportedly performed three songs during the evening. And although the "You Lift Me Up" crooner revealed that he had yet to actually perform for his ladylove, he did admit that the 28-year-old "2 Broke Girls" actress has heard his voice.

"We joke sing all the time, you know, we just, we harmonize on the radio, but no I haven't really done [any real singing], it always seems like a cheesy move on my part," he told ET. "Like, 'Hey you want to hear me sing?' So it's nice that we can both come out and support and then also as an added bonus I get to sing for her also."

The couple, who wore matching black attire to the charity benefit, posed for pictures together on the red carpet.

"They were so cute together!" a source told E! News. "They were adorable on the carpet. She was whispering in his ear a lot and they seemed really happy."

Dennings and Groban later posted photos from the night on their Instagram accounts. After Dennings captioned hers "I ship it," Groban posted a pic of his own, captioning his, "I ship it too."
