Users of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be able to officially install Android 4.4.4 KitKat update on their phablet later this month!

According to a leaked document, posted on Android Geeks website, the Android 4.4.4 KitKat update for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has already completed the testing stage. Furthermore, the document shows that the firmware's expected time of arrival for the phablet is October 2014.

With this, those who wish to install Android 4.4.4 KitKat update can expect for the Over-the-Air notification for the firmware to be reach their devices this month. Particularly, the Android 4.4.4 KitKat update is compatible only for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Exynos and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Snapdragon variants, bearing the model numbers SM-N900 and SM-N9005, respectively.

According to GSM Arena's specs list for the Note 3, the device was announced and released in the market on September 2013. As for the OS, the phablet originally comes with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and became upgradable to Android 4.4.2 KitKat update.

With the upcoming release of the official Android 4.4.4 KitKat update, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 owners will finally get a chance to experience the latest mobile operating system from Google.
