Cleveland Cavaliers Roster Continue To Dominate In Spite LeBron Sitting, Love Explodes For 25 Against Bucks

Based from its first two games, we can safely say that the Cleveland Cavaliers roster is strong, at least here in the pre-season. Without Kevin Love, Lebron James and Kyrie Irving playing for the match against the Heat, the Cavs managed to get an overtime win in Rio de Janeiro.

As for the team's game against the Bucks earlier today, coach David Blatt decided to rest James and Irving, who reportedly injured his ankle during a team practice last week. However, the 22-year-old All Star immediately stated that the injury is nothing serious.

In the absence of the Cavs' other 'Big Three' members, Love rose to the occasion and provided some highl quality minutes. The 26-year-old forward put up 25 points on 8 out of 11 shooting, including 5 of 7 from downtown. The new acquisition also grabbed four rebounds and dished out two assists in only 21 minutes of action.

Meanwhile, another young Cavs star, Dion Waiters played big time for Cleveland in the absence of his partner Irving, and mentor James. Waiters finished the game with 23 points on 8 our of 13 shooting and 3 out of 6 from deep. Matthew Dellvedova did most of the ball handling chores and finished with a team high 9 assists.

For the Bucks, it is not an ugly loss as seven players scored in double figures led by Jabari Parker with 18 points. Bayless had his own version of 9 assists to help his teammates get some open looks.
