Kesha's Mother Pebe Sebert Supports Daughter’s Rape Claims; Threatens To Ruin Dr. Luke’s Name And Demands Daughter To Be Released From Her Contract

Kesha and Dr. Luke's name are all over the news this week as the pop star alleged her long-term producer to have committed verbal, physical and sexual assault with her for the entire time they have collaborated. These claims have been supported by the hitmaker's mom, Pebe Sebert who claimed to have written a letter to the producer a year ago since she knew the assaults.

A letter obtained by TMZ which dates back October 29, 2013, contains the songwriter's message addressed to Dr. Luke expressing her demand to free her daughter from the contract following the alleged sexual advances. However, a recent interview by E! Online with Luke's attorney Christine Lepera said that Kesha's mother did this to ask money from the producer and at the same time have new legal rights to manage her daughter's music career.

"Tomorrow I am going to start making public how Dr. Luke blackmailed me into giving him and Circuit publishing credit, on all songs I wrote on warrior, with Kesha and other writers and producers..."We, me and kesha and her friends...are going to make all of this Really PUBLIC, in the next few days. Luke date raped Kesha when she was 18. Nicky Hilton's birthday? Paris Hiltons house? Luke gave Kesha pills? She ended up naked in his hotel room 2 days later, no longer a virgin? Do we want all this to come out? either this Luke releases Kesha from all legal contracts, and gives me back all my publishing, or we, Kesha and I. tell the truth. And if I wind up dead, TRUST ME, IT'S IN WRITING TO CALL YOU AND LUKE," the letter goes.

The Timber songstress rape claims came out after she went for rehab this year for eating disorders said to have been an aftermath of the verbal abuse with the producer telling the pop star as 'fat' and looking like 'a refrigerator'.

Reports on TMZ exposed a statement from Kesha's lawyer, Mark Geragos saying that the demand to free the songstress to be released from her contract is mainly due to her desire to have more freedom over her music.
