After announcing that they were separating in January, the "All About You" singer was photographed attending a Halloween Party in West Hollywood, California with her ex.

McGuire and Comrie arrived hand-in-hand to the Casamigos Halloween Party, which was sponsored by George Clooney and Rande Gerber's tequila brand.

The "Lizzie McGuire" star wore a sparkly fairy costume, complete with a sequined skirt, glittering mask, and tiny crown. Comrie, a former NHL star, sported a black and white suit with a bowtie.

According to E! News, the pair was also spotted shopping for Halloween decorations and pumpkins on Saturday with their 2-year-old son Luca.

It has been nine months since Duff and her husband revealed that they had "mutually decided to an amicable separation" after three years of marriage.

The couple, who have not filed for divorce, have been seen spending time together on multiple occasions in recent months.

"We love each other so much and we love spending time together," Duff told E! earlier this year. "So when you see us out it's not just for Luca, it's because we make plans and we hang out and we don't know what our future looks like right now but we're both doing really good and just figuring out what makes us happy."

In a radio interview in which Hilary also discussed her relationship with her estranged husband, the 27-year-old star refused to rule out the possibility of a reconciliation.

"I mean, if there wasn't a chance for getting back [together], I think we would've filed for divorce," she told the radio station.

For now, it seems that Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are definitely remaining close, and having a little Halloween fun.
