Joe Manganiello, Sofia Vergara Getting Hitched But Not Too Soon? ‘Magic Mike’ Actor’s Wedding Proposal Allegedly Got Turned Down

Joe Manganiello might have been named as one of the most attractive on-screen werewolves but his charm did not won Sofia Vergara over. Recent reports claim that Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara nearly got engaged but the "Modern Family" actress allegedly turned down her beau's proposal.

According to one source of National Enquirer, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are undoubtedly in love but the brunette beauty does not want to rush things.

"Joe asked Sofia for her hand in marriage in mid-October. But Sofia's not far removed from breaking off an engagement, and she told him they should wait a year, and then talk again," claimed the insider.

"Sofia is 'business first' these days, and while she's crazy about Joe, she isn't crazy enough to marry him after four months of dating," added the tipster.

Such concern might be understandable since the 42-year-old actress just called off her engagement to Nick Loeb last May.

"We have [been] having too many problems with figuring out how to spend time together and [because] of my work and now his, its been getting worse and worse, not fun anymore," announced the Colombian bombshell on her Who Say account.

Despite cancelling her wedding plans, the mother of one appears to be happy and contented with the "True Blood" actor. Last September, she stopped by "Live! With Kelly and Michael" and gushed about him.

"He's a great guy, he's very funny. And he's very entertaining which is very important for me because I need to be with somebody that knows how to have fun because I like to have fun," she said.

She also admits to liking the fan-made moniker, "Jofia."
