Haley Joel Osment News: Former ‘Sixth Sense’ Child Star Okay With 'Being Unrecognizable' In New Nazi Role In 'Yoga Hosers'; Assures Movie Will Make Fans Happy

Haley Joel Osment News: Years after his prolific career as a child star in Hollywood, Haley Joel Osment shocked everybody with his 'unrecognizable' look as he performs being a Nazi in the movie 'Yoga Hosers.' However, when asked about these criticisms, the 26-year old actor said that he is cool with it all, E! Online said.

"I would say it's fine that it's unrecognizable. It's good, I wouldn't want to be playing a Nazi that I have too much in common with who I am in real life. But yeah, there's those sort of roles that give you the opportunity to undergo a transformation like that are really really kind of fun. It's not the only instrument that the actor uses, but yeah when you can change your body like that it's really fun," he said.

Further, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) actor has attributed his confidence to his supportive parents who makes sure he finishes school.

"But I was lucky to have good parents and I think going to school was a really nice thing of giving me some direction in life," the actor said in an interview with E! Online.

While on that long hiatus, the former Oscar nominee is said to be busy with schooling including his achievement of attending the Experimental Theatre Workshop program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.

Aside from Yoga Hosers, Osment is currently engage in the filming of the comedy "Sex Ed" in which he plays the role of a virgin who, by chance, landed in a job teaching sex education among high school students in an inner city middle school.

"I hope they'll enjoy the movies.  It was sort of a stroke of good fortune that Sex Ed...is a movie we've been trying to get made for four years and then it just happened to finally get made and premiere in the middle of all these other films that came up quite recently with the Kevin Smith movies and then Entourage, which I think will be the crowning thing because that character is so crazy," he said.

"Fans are going to be really happy with it," he added.

Sex Ed will have its premiere on Friday this week.
