Things appear to be getting serious as Zac Efron's girlfriend Sami Miro allegedly follows her beau's whims. Recent reports claim that the "High School Musical" actor seems to be a "dictator" in his new relationship.

One insider told Ok! magazine that the former Disney star came up with some sort of "catalogue of instructions." Such instructions detail how the marketing specialist should go on with several aspects of her life.

"Zac has been like a dictator with Sami ever since they went public. He's micro-managing everything from diet and exercise to her fashion and beauty, and it's driving her crazy!" said the source.

Zac Efron's girlfriend has been recently spotted with the "That Awkward Moment" actor at Treat's annual Halloween party in Los Angeles. An eyewitness told E! News that the 26-year-old actor "looks very in love" with the model and that the two were "inseparable" that night.

It isn't clear if the new couple met Michelle Rodriguez, Efron's ex-girlfriend who also attended the spook fest. It was only in August when the Efron and Rodriguez ended their summer fling. Several insiders claim that the "Fast and Furious" actress wasn't interested in having a long-term affair with Efron and Efron knew about it from the beginning.

Nonetheless, it appears that Efron is having the time of his life for he constantly brings Miro to special affairs. The duo also went to Chicago recently for the nuptials of chef Dave Beran and his other half Jamie Schneiter.

Apart from attending the ceremony, Zac Efron's girlfriend also accompanied him to a deli in Wicker Park named Chop Shop. The lovebirds also celebrated Efron's 27th birthday in Amsterdam.
