Robert Downey Jr. Announces Arrival Of Baby Girl With Funny Facebook Post! Find Out What He And Wife Susan Named Their New Daughter!

Robert Downey Jr. just wrote one stellar Facebook post!

The 49-year-old actor and his wife Susan welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Tuesday, Nov. 4, and the "Iron Man" star announced the family's happy news in a hilarious message on social medial.

"After 9 months of intensive development, Team Downey is pleased to announce our 2014 fall/winter project," wrote the actor on Wednesday.

Downey added, "Principal photography commenced 11-14 and will continue until she says, 'Dad! You are embarrassing me... I'm 30, this has gotta stop.'"  

The star of "The Judge" also revealed his daughter's name, and a few other details, one of which is pretty amusing.

"Her full name is Avri Roel Downey, she weighs seven pounds, spans 20 inches and "is accompanied by a variety of Susan's traits that have seemingly overwritten my 'junk DNA,'" he wrote.

"I'll post pics here + there when I'm not too busy staring," Downey shared, ending the funny post. The proud dad has yet to post any photos but he sure impressed fans with his announcement.

"Congratulations to the Downey family. I'd hate to be the person who tries to date her in 15 years and has to meet the parents. "This is my dad, Ironman," posted Shannon Kelly Daggett, another of the actor's followers.

Downey Jr. and his wife Susan also share a two-year-old son named Exton Elias. The "Sherlock Holmes" star also has a 21-year-old son named Indio Falconer Downey from his first marriage to actress Deborah Falconer.
