'The Following' Season 3 Spoilers: Shawn Ashmore's Character Continues Revenge Journey; Cast Kevin Bacon Tags Ryan Hardy As 'Junkie For The Adrenaline'

"The Following" season 3 spoilers show that Shawn Ashmore's Mike Weston will continue his dark journey for revenge as Kevin Bacon claims that Ryan Hardy is an adrenaline junkie.

Shawn Ashmore teased "The Following" season 3 spoilers to Fuse TV as he said that Mike Weston's path in upcoming episodes will be very dark.

"As we get into the third season, he's still trying to hunt down Mark Grey, who's the last survivor of the family that was responsible not just for the death of his father but of many, many people," he said. "It's not easy, let me put it that way. But that revenge journey will continue."

However, he added that Mike Weston is not entirely hopeless.

"I think Max Hardy, who's Ryan's niece, the romance that developed last season was a piece of that hope. The potential there could be something better for him. We continue to struggle with that as the season progresses," he added.

Meanwhile, Kevin Bacon dished "The Following" season 3 spoilers to Buddy TV as he said that Ryan Hardy is addicted to adrenaline.

"People who are in this line of work, there is an element of it that I'm drawn to the danger. I'm kind of a junkie for the adrenaline," he said, talking about his character.

Arter the whole Joe Caroll saga, and now that Ryan Hardy is in a relationship with a beautiful woman, Kevin Bacon said that his character would be much happier this season.

"In the first episode, I will smile a lot. You'll see teeth," Kevin Bacon quipped. "There's a beautiful woman who's come into my life and the exploration of that character and how I'm able or not able to open myself up to that character is going to be a big part of where things go character-wise."
