FKA Twigs Talks About Robert Pattinson For The First Time; Says She Enjoyed The Fun Of People Reacting To It

FKA Twigs, finally, shares her stance about being the new girlfriend of the Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson in an interview with USA Today this week. The singer particularly talks about the challenges of being under attacked with racist comments online and how it made her relationship with the actor more alive.

"I really enjoy the fun of putting something out and people liking it or hating it or talking about it, but vacuous attention, it feels disgusting. It's like a hangover. It's weird. I know that's not really because of me or what I'm doing, [but] the positivity that I get from [my relationship] makes the more challenging aspects...very worth it," said the 26-year old singer who has been a victim of cyber bullying since she openly dated with the actor since August this year.

It could be remembered that the Two Weeks singer retaliated with the racist threats thrown against her by posting a tweet on her page saying, "I am genuinely shocked and disgusted at the amount of racism that has been infecting my account the past week. Racism is unacceptable in the real world and it's unacceptable online."

Meanwhile, in a recent interview with the Rollingstone, the indie singer said that she dreams of a low-key life in the future without the prying eyes of the camera.

"I don't want to be in front of the camera forever.  I'm not thirsty. I'm not a pop star. I don't want to reign over all forever. I don't want to be famous!  It makes me feel sick, the thought of being a famous person. It's just not me. I'm the happiest when I'm in the studio, not on a beauty parade," she proudly said.

Alongside her relationship with the British actor, FKA Twigs is busy this year promoting her newly-released album, LP1. Also, she signed a contract with Google in promoting Google Glass.
